Contribute to The Bidford Archive
Please make contact with BDHS directly if you wish to donate or lend Archive material. The library will be unable to accept donated items directly from donors.
We hope that anyone with diaries, photographs, letters, postcards or written or oral material concerning the district’s past will consider either giving or lending us their material. Space is limited so our criteria for acceptance will be based upon uniqueness of the item, specific local content, ability accurately to date the item and that a copy does not exist already in another archive location.
Three dimensional items will not be held in the Archive, but we may agree to hold photographic images of them.
We have an Archive Deposit Agreement which we ask donors to consider and sign as appropriate.
